Helping local businesses across South West London
I help trades and local service businesses in South West London transform their operations with AI. Win more work, respond faster and spend less time on admin.
I’ll look at one place you’re losing leads, moving slowly or wasting time, and together we’ll decide whether an AI agent or a simpler system could fix it.
What I fix
Start with one expensive problem
Are missed calls turning into missed jobs?
Do website and email enquiries wait too long for a response?
Are quotes slow to prepare and send?
Do promising leads disappear because nobody follows up?
Are tenders and customer documents painful to assemble?
Is your team spending hours copying information between systems?
Do customers keep calling because they don’t know what is happening?
Are you unable to serve more customers without hiring another administrator?
You don’t need to replace everything or buy another complicated solution. I start with one expensive problem and build the simplest sensible fix.
What agents can do
Credible in 2026
Unlike a chatbot or a fixed automation, an agent can understand what a customer is asking, use the information already available and take the next step, within rules you control.
A voice agent can answer calls, understand what the customer needs, collect the relevant details and arrange the next step. If it is uncertain or the call is sensitive, it hands over to a person.
An agent can review the enquiry, customer history and job context, then suggest the best response, questions to ask or next action. The owner remains in control.
An agent can turn call notes, messages, photographs, price lists and previous jobs into a draft quote in around 10 minutes, ready for review and approval.
An agent can monitor unanswered quotes, send appropriate follow-ups, understand replies and bring interested customers back to you.
An agent can collect missing information, send updates, organise job evidence and flag exceptions before they become problems.
A fixed automation
An agent
Agents are not a replacement for you. They work inside defined limits, they escalate what they are unsure about, and not every example above will suit every business. Which of these is worth building needs a review.

How it goes today
What you get instead
A trader misses a call while on a job and remembers to return it that evening.
A voice or messaging agent responds immediately, understands what the customer needs, collects the important details and prepares the enquiry for the plumber to review.
An office manager works through the list, chasing each quote that has not had a reply.
An agent monitors unanswered quotes, follows up appropriately, understands the response and routes interested customers back to the team.
Field staff send photographs and notes through WhatsApp for someone to reorganise later.
An agent organises the evidence against the correct job, identifies anything missing and prepares a customer report for approval.
How it works
Three steps
01
I examine one part of the business, such as missed enquiries, quoting, follow-up or job administration.
02
I design an AI agent or a simpler automation, connect it to the tools already in use and define exactly what it can do without approval.
03
I track outcomes such as response time, quotes sent, jobs booked or administrative hours saved.
GuardrailHumans remain in control of prices, approvals, exceptions and important customer decisions.
How we work together
Three steps, in order
Bring one place where your business is losing leads, moving too slowly or spending too much time on administration. We’ll determine whether it is worth investigating and whether an agent, a simpler automation or a process change is the right answer.
If there is a valuable opportunity, I’ll examine the work in detail and design the system before asking you to invest in a build.
CreditedThe £750 blueprint fee is credited in full when an implementation project of £2,500 or more begins within 30 days.
I build, connect and test the system with your real business process, then introduce it gradually so the team can trust it before more work is delegated.
Not every project costs £2,500. The fixed implementation price depends on scope, integrations, usage and risk, and it is agreed before any build begins. Ongoing monitoring, support and usage can be arranged separately after launch.

Starting locally means I can understand how your business actually operates, meet in person and handle implementation on field while the first system is introduced.
