Who is responsible for your information

Eitri is a trading name of Wobble Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17229479. Wobble Labs Ltd is the data controller for the information described here.

What information is collected

When you submit the enquiry form, you provide:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your phone number
• Your business name, trade and postcode
• Your team size and website, if you choose to give them
• A description of what you would like to improve
• Your preferred contact method

The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you. No cookies are set for these purposes.

Why it is collected and the lawful basis

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold the free review, and, if you decide to go further, to prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, together with Eitri's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about its services.

Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a marketing list from the enquiry form alone.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are read by Akshay Lal personally. If a conversation leads to paid work, the relevant details are kept in the records for that engagement.

Hosting and service providers

Delivering this site and its enquiry form involves a small number of providers:

• Website hosting: Cloudflare Pages
• Form delivery: Formspree
• Email: Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards messages sent to our address on to the mailbox where they are read
• Call booking: Cal.com, used only if you choose to book a slot through the calendar link

Each provider processes information on Eitri’s instructions.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Records relating to paid work are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support that work, and afterwards for the period required by UK tax and company law, currently six years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
